WPC composite decking board is a kind of high-tech green environmental protection material which is mainly made of natural wood (wood cellulose, plant cellulose) as the base material and thermoplastic polymer material (HDPE) and processing additives, etc., mixed evenly and then heated and extruded by mold equipment. Both wood and plastic properties and characteristics, can replace wood and plastic new environmental protection high-tech materials, and can be used in garden landscape, interior and exterior decoration, floor, fence, flower pond, pavilion and so on.
Wood Plastic Composite Decking Floor Installation Precautions:
1. Accessories required for construction: woodplastic composite decking boards, WPC keel, fasteners, expansion screws.
3. WPC composite decking floor can use ordinary woodworking machinery cutting saw, drilling, mortise.
4. Use expansion screws to fix the WPC keel on the floor, the expansion screw fixing point spacing 500mm-600mm, screw cap lower than the surface of the wood keel, WPC keel fixing need to do the whole flat.
4. Self-tapping screws can be used to tighten the wood plastic composite decking floor between WPC composite decking board. It is recommended to use stainless steel self-tapping screws outdoors. Self-drilling self-tapping screws should be used for WPC decking boards and steel keels.
5. When using self-tapping screws between WPC composite decking boards and WPC composite decking boards, the pilot hole should be first tightened, that is, pre-drilling. The diameter of the pre-drilled hole should be less than 3/4 of the diameter of the screw.
6. When installing outdoor wood-plastic composite floor, wood-plastic floor and each keel need to use a screw.
7. The junction points of the plastic wood composite floor and the keel are connected and fixed with plastic clasps.
