Plastic wood composite decking flooring is a kind of high-tech green environmental protection products made of wood (lignocellulose, plant cellulose) as the base material and thermoplastic polymer materials (HDPE) and processing aids and other raw materials, mixed uniformly, and then extruded by the mold equipment heating and molding.
Wood plastic composite decking board has both wood and plastic properties and advantages, is a new environmentally friendly alternative to wood and plastic high-tech products. It can be used in garden landscape, internal and external wall decoration, flooring, guardrail, flower pool, pavilion and so on.
1. Prepare the accessories needed for construction: plastic wood composite flooring, keel, clips, expansion screws.
2. WPC composite decking products can be cut, sawn, drilled, and mortised using ordinary woodworking machinery.
3. Use expansion screws to fix the WPC keel on the floor. Expansion screws fixing points are spaced 500mm-600mm apart, and the screw caps are below the surface of the WPC keel. WPC keel fixing needs to be done to make the overall floor more horizontal.
4. Plastic wood composite decking flooring can be fastened with self-tapping screws between. Stainless steel self-tapping screws are recommended for outdoor wood-plastic composite decking. Self-drilling self-tapping screws should be used between WPC decking flooring and steel keel.
5. When installing outdoor wood plastic composite flooring, the WPC decking board needs to be fixed with one screw on the left and one on the right between the floor and each keel.
6. Wood plastic composite decking flooring and keel of the intersection point are used to connect the WPC decking flooring and keel fixed with plastic clips.
